What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Well to start with, I’ve been in a lot of therapy to work on this exact issue.

• deep breaths

• walking barefoot in the grass to ground myself

• journaling

• distraction

These are what I’ve found help me personally but I recommend everyone could benefit from therapy to find what works for them.
