Saturday is definitely my favorite day of the week. Nick (hubs) and Todd (son) are home and the house just feels right.

I spend the majority of my time tidying up and maintaining the household. Due to my diagnoses, I am unable to work and am currently awaiting my disability determination.

However, on Saturdays, we relax and take it easy, enjoying quality time together after spending the weekdays alone. My husband runs the family mechanic shop and my son works there too. They’re both off on Saturdays so we unwind and savor quality time together following a week of solitude.

My agoraphobia keeps me homebound most of the time and this is the day that hubby helps me grocery shop…he’s kinda like my “safe person” that reminds me things are okay.

Tomorrow I’ll get the “Sunday Scaries” thinking about my week alone but for now I’m going to enjoy the time I have with them.
