So I did end up giving my mom the Hello Fresh, it just wasn’t for us. But I did keep Home Chef and I was worried the guys wouldn’t eat the food BUT THEY DID!!!! I didn’t cook for no reason!!
Cooking? Easy peasy. One pot and that’s my kind of cooking. I came with everything we needed: cream cheese, pasta, flour, peas, chicken broth, shredded parm, ranch seasoning, already diced boneless/skinless chicken breast (whaaat?!), and crumbled bacon.
Literally, there were 4 directions and in about 30 minutes it was done and let me tell you it was DELICIOUS! Nick was nervous about the peas but all of us moms know that if it’s hidden well enough they won’t taste it, and he didn’t. Also, Nick’s my fiancé, not my kid so there’s how things go food-wise around here.

Tonight we’re going to have Texas Style BBQ Sausage with Mac and Cheese so I’ll keep you updated on how that goes but as of now, we will be working Home Chef into our weekly grocery budget.
